Indie developer and publisher RedBoon has officially released a new Custom Mode for Knock on the Coffin Lid, the artfully presented fantasy-mystery whodunnit RPG wrapped in a deckbuilder. The new mode is something the community has been asking for, as it gives players greater control over their runs and allows for enhanced player creativity. Custom Mode Features:

• Venture into a freshly forged battlefield each time with a randomly generated map in this take on Daily Run-style gameplay (Daily Runs bring a new seeded map every 24 hours, offering a new run each day).
• Craft your fate by customizing your starting deck from all available cards for your chosen character.
• Arm yourself with relics of power by selecting any starting equipment encountered in the Story Mode.
• Tempt fortune and curse alike with modifiers that will both positively and negatively impact your run.
• Players who own the Nightmares of Millenis DLC can invoke the power of the Tarot Cards.
• All experience gained in Custom Mode will carry over to characters in Story Mode, letting players grind XP to unlock new classes.
