Forza Horizon 6 could be arriving on PlayStation 5 much later than previously expected. According to a new report from Dealabs leaker billbil-kun, Playground Games' open-world racer is reportedly targeting January 26, 2027 for its PS5 release.

The reported date would contradict Playground Games' previous statement that the PS5 version was still planned to launch in 2026, while also supporting recent rumors that the PlayStation release had been pushed into early 2027.

FORZA HORIZON 6 PS5 PRICE REPORTEDLY REVEALED

Alongside the alleged release date, billbil-kun claims the PS5 version will cost €69.99 in Europe and £59.99 in the UK.

That would put the expected U.S. price at roughly $70, matching the current pricing of the game on other platforms.

However, pricing and release details have not been officially confirmed by Playground Games or Xbox.

PS5 VERSION COULD GET A PHYSICAL RELEASE

Perhaps the most interesting part of the report is the claim that Forza Horizon 6 will receive a physical PS5 edition.

If accurate, players would reportedly be able to purchase a disc-based version rather than being limited to a digital release.

The leaker reportedly does not know whether the Premium Edition will also be available on PS5.

That edition could be particularly important for players who want early access and additional content. Forza Horizon 5 received a Premium Edition when it arrived on PlayStation 5, making a similar option for Forza Horizon 6 a possibility, although nothing has been confirmed yet.
